- Implementation of our Environment & Sustainability Management Systems and associated guidance, including maintaining our internal SEEMP and our external ISO 14001 & ISO 14064 certifications
- Reduce carbon emissions from all our activities by 40% by 2036

We constantly consider the potential impact of our activities on our environment and preserving it as much as possible from any pollution – whether that be from our work at sea, or our shore-based activities.
As a company we aim to protect our employees, contractors, visitors and customers at all times offshore and on land. We operate our business working within agreed and known procedures that assure our high standards are always maintained.
These certifications demonstrate our long standing vow to respect the environment we work in; our pledge to be vigilant in our approach to health & safety; and our passion for delivering outstanding quality, and include Environment & Sustainability Management Systems, external ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 9001 & ISO 45001, ISM compliance, certifications and Ships Energy Efficiency Management Plans (SEEMP).

Volunteering across the globe
Each of our employees can use up to three days of paid leave each year to take part in volunteering opportunities within their local communities.
From sporting challenges to fundraise, helping to clear local green spaces to volunteering at schools, clubs or animal charities – we want to help our colleagues to support the causes that they are passionate about and make a positive impact.
Supporting our community in the Philippines
Our primary charity is the Ninos Pag Asa Centre, based in the Philippines. Residents and the wider community are supported with medical assistance, educational programmes, skills training and community-based rehabilitation.
The Group has been supporting the centre with meals, electricity, water and hygiene supplies as well as school tuition fees, building development and operation costs since Cable Retriever, the company’s vessel supporting the local maintenance region, arrived in 1998.
