Apprenticeships
We’re proud to invest in the next generation through apprenticeship programmes within engineering, business administration and procurement. Our apprentices gain hands-on experience across various areas of our business, from our SubConnect team based in Portsmouth to our Head Office in Chelmsford. We partner with local colleges to seek passionate and driven individuals ready to kick-start their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Work experience
We collaborate with local schools to offer work experience opportunities for students in a variety of roles, including engineering, project management, marketing, project engineering, and facilities. These placements take place across our UK offices, typically lasting one to two weeks, providing valuable hands-on experience.
