As part of our goal to give employees the tools and resources to be their best selves, yesterday we had a visit from Andy Baines-Vosper and heard all about his campaign to Share The Weight.
He’s on a mission to open up conversations around mental health and suicide, working alongside the Samaritans – and he did just that both as part of his presentation, and then afterwards when he took some of our keen runner for a spin with his 24.7kg bag of worries.
